HOW OUR PRICING WORKS

At Metropolitan Law Group, we despise the billable hour. We practice legal transparency.  This means you’ll never have to be afraid to call or email with a question. Everything we do is billed on a flat-fee basis, agreed to in advance, so there are never any surprises and no monthly invoicing.

Every client has different needs.  A single person with few assets may want a Will-based Plan along with a Transfer on Death Deed to transfer their home tax free.  A couple reaching retirement however, with blended families consisting of adult children, may opt for a Trust-based Plan that offers multiple layers of asset protection and reduces estate taxes.  Business owners have additional needs as do those with minor children who need to establish guardians. Clients with investment properties require an additional level of protection.

We realize our clients have individual goals.  That’s why quoting one price or using an interchangeable template Will or Trust, used by most firms, doesn’t meet most clients’ needs.  Such practice could create conflict within your family and all control of assets and loved ones could be left to the courts (regardless of your intentions).

For this reason, we offer various a’ la carte products as well as full packages at different price points. Our clients choose the package most suited to meet their goals and their budget. When you meet with our attorneys during your consult, you’ll receive a no-obligation quote so there will never be any surprises.

We accept Venmo, Paypal and credit card and we’ve made financing available to our clients because we know that this planning is the foundation for a life of success, and it should be accessible to every family.  Plus, when you pay your entire fee up front, you’ll receive 5% off your entire estate plan!
